At Castella Cookware, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible while ensuring clear expectations around processing and delivery timeframes.
By placing an order on www.castellacookware.com.au, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing and handling period of 1–4 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- During peak periods, promotions, or high demand, processing times may be extended
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is up to 9 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery timeframe:
Processing time (1–4 business days) + Shipping time (up to 9 business days)
Please note:
- Most orders arrive sooner than the maximum timeframe
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details and delivery location.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24–72 hours to appear
- Delays in tracking updates are outside our control
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees
Delivery Responsibility & Liability
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
Castella Cookware is not liable for:
- Carrier delays or service disruptions
- Lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as “delivered”
- Delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen logistics issues
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Then email us at info@castellacookware.com.au for assistance
We will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these cases.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it at:
- Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once processing has begun
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled
Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier or postal service disruptions
- Natural events or weather conditions
- High shipping volumes or peak seasons
